What Tunnel is

Not another AI product. Infrastructure.

Tunnel is not an AI assistant, an agent platform or a SaaS suite. It is infrastructure at the boundary between AI systems and organizations: protocols, tools and rules applied before, during and after consequential interactions.

From machine-readable identity and information, to authenticated communication, contained access, explicit authorization and dispute resolution. We do not control every AI interaction, and nobody could. We build the places where one crosses into an organization.

Results as a Service: each product is measured by an outcome you can check (found, reached, contained, authorized, resolved), not by seats or licences.

An agent with legitimate credentials can still make an illegitimate decision. Tunnel t0 (Zero-Trust) gives each agent its own identity and a set of explicit capabilities, keeps the credentials itself, and refuses anything that was not granted.

  • Each agent is identified on its own and can do only what it was granted: a route or a tool, allowed, refused, or sent to a person.
  • The agent never holds your credentials: Tunnel keeps them.
  • Consequential actions wait for a named person through Flamecloak, and every call is recorded.

05 — Resolve

A pre-agreed dispute-resolution mechanism for AI agents and the people and organizations they act for. Both parties agree to the arbitration mechanism before the action happens.

  • If a dispute occurs, Tunnel reconstructs the evidence, runs an independent AI tribunal and tests how stable its decision is.
  • The award follows the rules the parties agreed to beforehand, and anyone holding it can verify it.
  • No consensus, or too much at stake: the case goes to a person.

Verifiable beats asserted.

Signed attestations with their limitations inside the signature, public signing keys, and an append-only, hash-chained trust log. Every product ships with a written account of what it does not prove, and your record lives on your own domain, so leaving does not take it with you. No logos, no testimonials, no counters: every link below resolves now, with no account.

The same rule will hold for Tunnel ADR. An arbitration decision should be inspectable, its evidence traceable, the way it was decided recorded, and its award independently verifiable. Several models agreeing is not proof of what is true, and we will not say it is.

A claim we signed, the public keys it verifies against, and a hash-chained log. Copy the head of the log today and you can prove later that we did not rewrite what came before it.

What is Tunnel?

Infrastructure for the boundary between AI systems and organizations. It provides protocols, tools and rules for making organizations understandable to AI, enabling accountable agent communication, containing what agents can reach inside an organization, authorizing consequential actions and resolving disputes.

Is Tunnel an AI agent?

No. Tunnel acts for nobody. It builds the rules and the records around the AI systems that do.

Is Tunnel an agent platform?

No. We do not build, host or run agents. An agent built anywhere meets Tunnel at the boundary of an organization that uses it.

Is Tunnel a SaaS suite?

No. Tunnel is infrastructure. Its products address different moments at the boundary and can be used independently: there is no bundle, and nothing forces you to buy the rest.

Why does AI need this?

Because AI now acts instead of only answering. An agent that contacts a business, moves money or changes a system needs what people and companies already rely on: an identity, a legitimate channel, explicit authorization, and a way to settle what went wrong. Without them, nobody is accountable for an autonomous action.

What is Tunnel t0 (Zero-Trust)?

Infrastructure for letting AI agents work inside an organization without standing trust. Each agent gets its own identity and explicit capabilities, anything not granted is refused, Tunnel keeps the credentials so the agent never holds them, consequential actions wait for a person through Flamecloak, and every call is recorded. It is in development.

What is Tunnel ADR?

Dispute resolution that both parties agree to before an autonomous action happens. The agreement names the evidence, the procedure and the remedies. If a dispute follows, Tunnel rebuilds the timeline, an independent AI tribunal decides under those rules, the decision is tested for stability, and the award is signed. It is in development.

Can Tunnel arbitrate a dispute after it already happened?

Not unless the parties had agreed to Tunnel’s arbitration mechanism before the relevant action. Tunnel ADR is designed around pre-action agreement, so the dispute-resolution rules are known before autonomous action occurs.

Does AI arbitration automatically have legal force?

No universal claim should be made. The legal effect depends on the agreement, the applicable law and the jurisdiction. Tunnel provides technical dispute-resolution infrastructure; binding legal arbitration and enforcement require the appropriate contractual and legal structures.

Where do I find what each product costs?

On each product’s own page. There is deliberately no single pricing page: each product measures something different, and one table invites a comparison nobody is making. A product in development has no price, and one available on request is priced with you when you ask.

Where is the company registered, and which law applies?

Tunnel is operated by "STILL BETA TECH" SRL, registered in Moldova at str. Mihai Viteazul 28, Hulboaca, MD-2093, mun. Chișinău. Personal data is processed under the GDPR, and under Moldovan Law 133/2011 where that applies. Moldova is not an EU member state, and we would rather say so here than in a footer.
