Be found. Be reached. Stay in control.

Tunnel gives businesses the infrastructure for being understood by AI, receiving authenticated agent messages and keeping every action authorized and under control.

What we build

Infrastructure for the boundary between organisations and AI systems.

Software now reads on someone’s behalf, writes on someone’s behalf, and is beginning to act on someone’s behalf. Every one of those crosses a line between an organisation and a system that is not part of it, and at that line three questions have to be answerable.

Can AI find you: is there a correct, machine-readable account of your business for an assistant to retrieve. Can AI reach you: is there an address an agent can write to, where a person answers. And when AI acts on your behalf, who says yes: which named person authorised this particular action, and can anyone else check that they did.

Legible, reachable, accountable. We build one product for each, and they are separate products because the three questions arrive at different times, from different people, in different organisations.

Three lanes cross one boundary: a question coming in, a message coming in, and an action going out. Each one stops to be checked before it passes, and some do not pass.
What we sell

Three products, three questions at the boundary.

Automatic AI GEO & SEO

For businesses that want to be found when someone asks an AI instead of a search engine.

Assistants answer questions about your category every day, and most businesses have no idea whether they appear in those answers or what is said about them. This tells you, and then tells you what to change. It is built for merchants who may not even have a website — if you sell through social media, there is nothing for an AI to read unless you give it something.

  • We pre-render your pages for crawlers that run no JavaScript, and publish JSON-LD about your business on your own domain.
  • We check that your name, address and phone agree across your listings, and show you every place they do not.
  • We ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and Perplexity about you on a schedule, and show you the answers they gave, question by question.

The same site twice. Above, a crawler that runs no JavaScript reaches nothing. Below, the page is pre-rendered with JSON-LD on your own domain, the assistant retrieves it and can name you — and we measure what came back.

Landline

For businesses that want an AI agent to be able to contact them without opening the door to everything.

A registered, accountable address an agent can write to, with a person at the other end. Every agent that writes has an identity, a quota and a rate limit, and there is an alarm for one agent harvesting many businesses at once. A registered agent is an accountable one rather than a vetted one, and the product page says so at length.

  • An MCP and REST address any registered agent can message, with your own phone number kept private.
  • Per-agent identity, quotas and burst limits, and an alarm when a single agent fans out across many businesses.
  • A question your record cannot answer is routed to a person, and their answer goes back onto the record.

One address, two directions. Reading your record is open; writing to you passes a gate first — identity, quota and rate limit — and what the record cannot answer reaches a person, whose answer goes back onto the record.

Flamecloak

In development

For organisations where some actions must not happen until a named person says yes.

Access control tells you who can reach a system. Nothing tells you whether this particular action — this 400,000-row export, this credit decline, this irreversible write — should happen at all. That gap is what Flamecloak is being built to close.

  • The question it answers is not who is allowed into a system, but whether this specific thing should be done.
  • A named person decides, and the decision belongs to that one action rather than to a standing permission.
  • Whichever way it goes, there is a record of it afterwards.

In active development. There is no date we could give you that would mean anything, so we will not invent one — leave your address and you will hear from us when there is something real to try.

One address, used for this and nothing else. Leave the list from any email we send.

The shape of the problem: a consequential action arrives, does not proceed on its own, waits for a named person to decide, and is recorded either way.
Where to start

What it costs to find out.

Every product has a way in that costs nothing. What differs is the friction, so it is stated here rather than discovered one click later: what you have to do, and what you have to give us to do it.

What we believe

Four things, and every one of them costs us something.

We publish what our products do not prove.

Every Tunnel product ships with a written account of its limits. A verification badge says what was checked and what was not. A visibility score says what it counted and what it could not see. This costs us sales, and it is the reason anyone should trust the rest of it.

Verifiable beats asserted.

Signed attestations with their limitations inside the signature. An append-only, hash-chained log whose head you can copy today and check against tomorrow. Public signing keys, so a claim can be verified without asking us for anything. "Trust us" is not a security model.

Removable by design.

Your record lives on your own domain rather than ours, so leaving does not take it with you, and the evidence we signed stays valid if we disappear. Nothing we build should be able to hold a customer hostage; we would rather be chosen every year than locked in once.

Built inside the rules, not around them.

A Moldovan company, registered and addressable, processing personal data under the GDPR because the businesses we serve answer to European regulators. We name the laws we work under and an address where papers can be served, on the page rather than inside a policy nobody opens.

Mission

What we do.

To make the boundary between organisations and AI systems legible, reachable and accountable — so that when software acts on someone’s behalf, it is always clear on whose behalf, and who allowed it.

Vision

What it leads to.

A world where an AI system acting for someone else carries proof of that authority, and every consequential action can be traced to the person who said yes.

Verifiable, not vouched

Claims you can check without asking us.

No customer logos, no testimonials and no counters — we will not put a name on this page without written permission from the person it belongs to. What we have instead is endpoints. Every link below resolves right now, with no account, and our own build fails if one of them stops.

A claim we signed, the public keys it verifies against, and a hash-chained log. Copy the head of the log today and you can prove later that we did not rewrite what came before it.

Questions people ask about this

What does Tunnel actually sell?

Two products today and a third being built. Automatic AI GEO & SEO makes your business legible to AI assistants and measures what five of them say about you. Landline gives an AI agent an address it can message, where a person answers. Flamecloak, which is in development and not available, is about who authorises an action an AI system takes on your behalf. There is no bundle, no platform and no suite — Tunnel is the company, and the products are the products.

Do the three products have to be bought together?

No. They have separate plans and separate free tiers, and one account can hold either, both, or neither. An account with Landline alone is charged for Landline alone and gets none of the crawling or visibility measurement, which is also why it is not paying for them. The two share one record of who your business is, so holding both means the work is done once rather than twice.

When can I get Flamecloak?

There is no date, and a date we invented would be worth nothing to you. It is in active development, it has no price, and there is nothing to sign up for. What we can say is what it is for and who has the problem it solves, which is on this page. Leave your address in the Flamecloak section and you will hear from us when there is something real to try — or write to contact@tunnelpowered.com if you would rather talk to a person.

Where do I find what each product costs?

On each product’s own page. There is deliberately no single pricing page: the two ladders measure different things — AI GEO is priced by how much of your site we read and how often we ask the assistants about you, Landline by how many businesses run through it and whether a person verified them — and one table of both invites a comparison nobody is actually making.

Are the free tiers trials?

No. They have no card, no expiry and no countdown, and they are not cut-down demonstrations either: the AI GEO free tier runs the whole pipeline on one website, and the Landline free tier gives one business a working agent address with a person answering. What the paid tiers buy is depth and cadence — more pages read, more often, and a human verifying who you are.

Where is the company registered, and which law applies?

Tunnel is operated by "STILL BETA TECH" SRL, registered in Moldova at str. Mihai Viteazul 28, Hulboaca, MD-2093, mun. Chișinău. Personal data is processed under the GDPR, and under Moldovan Law 133/2011 where that applies; the Privacy Policy names both and lists what we collect, who receives it and how long we keep it. Moldova is not an EU member state, and we would rather say that here than let you find it out from a footer.
