Terms of Service

1.Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and "STILL BETA TECH" SRL, trading as Tunnel ("Tunnel", "we", "us"), the operator of tunnelpowered.com and the Tunnel dashboard at app.tunnelpowered.com. They govern your access to and use of our website, products and services (together, the "Services").

By creating an account, requesting a free scan, or otherwise using the Services, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Services.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company, and "you" means that company.

2.What the Services do

Tunnel publishes your business data in the formats AI assistants and agents read, and measures how you appear in their answers. Concretely:

• Scanning a website you register and reporting what AI assistants currently say about your business
• Generating and hosting machine-readable artifacts for it — structured data, llms.txt, a knowledge-base record, an FAQ
• Monitoring mentions and citations across the AI assistants we query
• Optional human verification of the person or business behind a listing
• Optional agent messaging, which lets an AI agent contact your business and routes replies to your inbox

We publish artifacts that assistants may consume. We do not operate inside any AI platform and we cannot change how one behaves.

3.Your account

To use most features you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information when you register
• Keep that information up to date
• Keep your password and account secure
• Accept responsibility for activity under your account
• Tell us immediately about any unauthorised use of your account
• Only register websites you own or are authorised to manage

4.The free AI visibility scan

The free scan is limited to one per email address. Requesting it creates an account with the details you submit; the scan runs only after you confirm your email address, and the results go to that address.

We may refuse a scan for a website already registered with Tunnel, or for an email address that already has an active account.

5.Subscriptions and payment

Plans. We offer several plans with different features and prices. The current details of each are on our pricing page. Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and, unless stated otherwise at checkout, exclude any taxes that may apply to you.

Billing. Subscription fees are billed in advance, monthly or annually.

Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time in your account settings, with no notice period and no cancellation fee.

Price changes. We may change our prices with at least 30 days' notice. A change never affects a billing period you have already paid for; if you do not accept it, cancel before it takes effect.

6.Free tier, refunds and the EU right of withdrawal

We provide a free tier so you can evaluate the Services before paying: one website runs the full pipeline at no cost, with no card and no time limit. It is the trial.

Because the free tier serves as the trial, subscription fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If you cancel a paid plan it stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and is then not renewed.

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA: you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. By buying a plan you ask us to start the service immediately; if you withdraw within those 14 days you are refunded the price minus a proportionate amount for the service already provided, and the right lapses once the service has been fully performed with your consent.

7.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in breach of any law
• Register or scan websites you do not own or are not authorised to manage
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or their servers
• Use automated systems to access the Services without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Services
• Remove or alter proprietary notices
• Use the Services to transmit spam, malware or harmful content, or to publish deceptive or unlawful content through the optimisation pipeline
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one

Because the Services make claims about your business machine-readable and republish them, publishing something false through them causes measurable harm to people who rely on it. We will remove content we find to be deceptive, and we may suspend the account behind it.

8.Verification and the verified badge

Where you request it, a human at Tunnel checks the identity of the person or business behind a listing and records the outcome in a public, signed record. Verification says a real, accountable person stands behind the listing on a given date. It is not a statement that the business is good, solvent, licensed, or that any claim it makes is true.

No AI assistant currently checks the badge, because no cross-vendor trust registry exists yet. We say so on the site, and we will not imply otherwise.

We may withdraw verification, and remove the badge, if the information it rests on turns out to be false or stops being accurate.

9.Intellectual property

All content, features and functionality of the Services — text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations and software — belong to Tunnel or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your business purposes under these Terms.

Your content. You keep all rights to your website and business content. You grant us a licence to access, analyse, reproduce and adapt it solely to provide the Services to you — including generating machine-readable artifacts and sending queries about your business to AI platforms. Content generated for you belongs to you once published to your properties; you are responsible for reviewing it before use.

10.Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and how we handle it, including your rights under the GDPR, Moldovan law and US state privacy laws. It forms part of these Terms.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

11.Availability of the Services

We work to keep the Services reliable and available, but we do not guarantee that they will be available at all times or free of errors.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue part of the Services; where a change materially reduces a paid feature, we will give you reasonable advance notice.

Except as set out in the section on disclaimers and liability below, we are not liable for loss resulting from interruptions, maintenance or technical issues.

12.Third-party services

The Services interact with third-party AI platforms, including ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google) and Perplexity. How those platforms rank, mention or cite your business is under their control, not ours.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or content of third-party services. Your use of them is subject to their own terms, and we do not endorse them or take responsibility for them.

13.Disclaimers and limitation of liability

No warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Results are not guaranteed. AI platforms decide independently what they say and cite. We work to make your business retrievable and correctly described; we do not guarantee specific results, rankings, mentions or traffic.

Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tunnel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, use or goodwill, arising from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to use, the Services
• The conduct or content of any third party, including AI platforms
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Consumer carve-out. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or, if you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, your mandatory statutory rights and guarantees.

14.Indemnity

If you use the Services as a business, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tunnel, its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Services, content you provide or publish through them, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of anyone else's rights.

15.Termination

By you. You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time in your account settings, or by contacting support.

By us. We may suspend or terminate your access for good cause, including breach of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, non-payment, or abuse of the Services.

Except where immediate termination is necessary — illegal activity or a security threat, for example — we will give you notice and a reasonable chance to put the problem right. On termination your right to use the Services ends; provisions that by their nature should survive, such as ownership, disclaimers and limitations of liability, survive.

16.Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. For material changes we will give you at least 14 days' notice by email or through the dashboard before they take effect, and we will update the date above.

If you keep using the Services after a change takes effect, the new Terms apply. If you do not accept them, cancel before the change takes effect and stop using the Services.

17.Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes fall to the competent courts of Chișinău, Republic of Moldova.

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK: nothing here deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us — most issues are resolved quickly and informally.

18.Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, it is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in force.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notice published on the Services, are the entire agreement between you and Tunnel about the Services, and replace any earlier agreement or understanding.
