How quickly will I see results?
Honestly: nobody can promise you a date, and anyone who does is guessing. Assistants do not wait to be retrained on your site — they retrieve sources at the moment someone asks, from live search, indexes and directories. So what matters is whether your pages are reachable and readable, whether your facts agree across the web, and whether the assistant’s retrieval layer picks you up. Our side is quick, and it starts with one line you add to your own site: finding it starts the crawl, and endpoints are live within a day of that. After that we measure what the assistants actually say, on a schedule, and show you the answers.
Which AI platforms do you monitor?
Five, and they are the five we can reach directly: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and Perplexity. The score is averaged over those five, and the methodology names each one with the model tier we probe it at. The free scan runs four of them — Grok joins once your site is connected. To be precise about what monitoring means: we publish your business data in the formats assistants and agents read, and we measure how you appear in their answers. We do not optimise inside their systems — no vendor can.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes — the free tier IS the trial. One website runs the full pipeline: crawl, GEO endpoints, keywords, one visibility check at signup. No credit card, no expiry. Upgrade when the numbers convince you.
Why does every plan include only one website?
Because what decides whether an assistant can describe you is how deeply we read one site, not how many you have. So that is the ladder: 20 pages on Free, 50 on Pro, 100 on Business, unlimited on Custom. A second site is a second crawl budget, priced as one: €50/site on Free and Pro, €199 on Business. Sales adds it — there is no self-serve button yet.
Can I run the free scan again, or point it at a different site?
Again on the same site, yes — weekly, the interval the free plan crawls at, from here or the dashboard. A different domain is where it stops: the free tier covers one business, fixed to the domain your account proved it controls. Before that proof a mistyped address is yours to correct; after it, re-adding the same site is free and a different one needs a paid plan. Either way you get an email saying which.
Do you write the articles for me?
No, deliberately. We give you the topics and keywords — from what people actually ask assistants in your market — and you write the page. We used to draft them with AI and stopped: mass-generated text is what search engines and assistants have spent two years learning to discount, and publishing it can lower the visibility you are paying us to raise.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. No long-term contracts — cancel anytime and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Your free-tier website keeps running after that.
How is this different from traditional SEO?
Traditional SEO competes for a position in a list of links. We work on whether an assistant can retrieve, parse and corroborate your business well enough to name it inside an answer. Three things decide that: pre-rendering for crawlers that do not run JavaScript, JSON-LD on your own domain, and your details agreeing across your listings. This is retrieval at answer time, not getting into anyone’s training data.
Do you work with local businesses?
Yes, and it is the case we are built for — including businesses with no website at all, which we can list from your Instagram, TikTok or Facebook presence, and location-style questions such as “best bakery in Chișinău”. One thing to be exact about: we do not create or manage your Google Business Profile, and we cannot — it is your account with Google, and no vendor can claim it for you. What we do is check whether you have one and rank claiming it first among your recommendations, because it is the single most-cited local source there is.
